Music classes are a great way to support your child's holistic development
Muziki Changa runs interactive music classes for infants, toddlers and preschoolers with their caregivers. Each weekly class involves singing, musical movement and use of simple percussion instruments, including familiar children’s tunes as well as specially composed educational songs.
Our musical programme is carefully designed to support children’s holistic development, including their social, emotional, communicative and fine and gross motor skills.
How we do it.
Our passionate team of facilitators teaches songs & pieces composed with the progressive ability of young minds as the main consideration. This involves incremental learning, repetition, spacing and call and response. We comply with recommended ranges and key choices for young voices, but explore a wide variety of styles and genres; many from Kenyan traditional idiom, as well as well-known children’s songs from around the world.
We work closely with parents in a warm & friendly environment to make every class feel like home for the children, parents and ourselves.
